Mix It Up operates under Mix It Up AU, offering non-alcoholic beverage services, including custom mocktail bars and events across Australia.
USE OF WEBSITE & SERVICE
By accessing this site, you agree that all content (including branding, copy, images, and offerings) belongs to Mix It Up and must not be copied, distributed, or reused without permission.
SERVICE CHANGES & PRICING
All pricing and package details are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, packages, or event inclusions at any time. Mix It Up is not liable for any changes made to pricing or service structure.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENT
A $350 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. This ensures our availability and initiates the planning of your event. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received and the date is accepted by Mix It Up.
ADDITIONAL FEES & ADD-ONS
Extra charges may apply for:
Additional hours of service
Additional staffing
Same-day content creation
Remote travel or special venue requirements
All extras must be confirmed during the quoting process.
USER SUBMISSIONS
Any content, ideas, reviews, or feedback submitted to Mix It Up may be used for promotional or marketing purposes without compensation to you. We are not responsible for public comments or content shared by users on third-party platforms.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
The $350 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may be subject to additional fees.
If Mix It Up cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or a credit provided at our discretion.
Refunds/credits will not be issued for reasons such as:
Change of mind
Weather conditions
Venue issues
Travel changes
Double bookings
Incomplete event info provided by client
RESPECT & CONDUCT
We reserve the right to refuse service if our team is subjected to disrespectful or unsafe behaviour.
Clients must ensure the venue is safe and appropriate for setup. If venue conditions do not meet safety or access requirements, Mix It Up reserves the right to adjust or cancel service without refund.
GLASSWARE & SETUP POLICY
We supply premium disposable cups at all events. We do not provide glassware due to the risk of breakage or damage. If clients wish to provide their own, they must do so at their own risk.
SITE VISITS
A pre-event site visit may be required to assess space suitability. If this is needed, it will be arranged with the client after booking confirmation.
THIRD PARTY LINKS
Our site may contain links to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy policies of any linked third-party sites. We recommend reviewing their terms before engaging with their services.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Mix It Up will not be liable for:
Event disruption due to unforeseen or external factors
Venue or third-party provider issues
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Technical problems accessing or using this website
Delays or inability to deliver service due to events beyond our control (e.g. illness, traffic, force majeure)
